Ashish Makhija is Managing Attorney of AMC Law Firm and is the Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India) attached to the High Court of Delhi. A Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and an advocate, he has over 26 years of hands on experience in commercial, corporate and allied laws. He also holds a Master's degree in Law from India and USA. He is a Faculty at the Institute of Directors taking 'Master Class of Directors' and was an adjunct professor at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, USA, until December, 2014. He has several published books and research papers to his credit.
