The word "draft" signifies a document drawn up or framed for the purpose of discussion or consideration e.g. a draft agreement, will, lease, conveyance, statement of claim, affidavit etc. when the document is engrossed or copied for execution or signature of draft from which the engrossment or copy is made is the original draft.
