The present update volume 4, is the continuation volume of the earlier 3 volumes of the exhaustive work “Encyclopaedia on Debt, Financial and Monetary Laws” which has now been relaunched with a new title on the request of our esteemed readers as Supreme Court on SARFAESI / RDDB Act, Debt & Interest Recovery, Cheque Dishonour, FEMA / FERA and Allied Laws.


The update volume 4 brings the Supreme Court case law on the subject up to date, from 2013 upto (2018) 1 SCC. In the earlier three volumes of the set the case law was covered from 1950 upto 2013. The full set thus covers the entire Supreme Court rulings of more than sixty-five years on the subject and the bare text of all the major Central Acts on Debt, Financial and Monetary Laws, such as the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993, the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the State Financial Corporations Act, 1951, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 etc.

The law on Interest, Foreign Exchange, the Monetary System, NBFCs, etc. has also been incorporated to make this a unique compendium.
