About The Author

Anil Kumar
Prof. (Dr) Anil Kumar, PhD is a Professor in the Department of Commerce at the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He is an alumnus of SRCC and did his post-graduation in Commerce from the Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. His area of specialization is Corporate Laws and Corporate Governance. The University of Delhi has awarded him a PhD for his corporate governance research.

Prof. (Dr) Kumar has contributed several research articles in national and international journals, presented his research work at international conferences in India and abroad, and conducted several executive development and training programmes for corporate executives and directors. He has over thirty-five years of teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

He is also an Independent Director of the Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the University of Delhi Foundation


Lovleen Gupta
Dr Lovleen Gupta, ACA, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce, Hindu College, University of Delhi. She obtained her PhD from the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.

She topped in B.Com during all three years of graduating from GND University, Amritsar. She has been honoured with a number of prestigious awards and medals from various academic institutions, Universities and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for her academic performance and literary contributions. She has multiple articles and research papers in nationally and internationally reputed journals.  



Jyotsna Rajan Arora
Jyotsna Rajan Arora is an Associate Professor at Lady Shri Ram College (LSR), University of Delhi. An alumnus of LSR, she was the topper of M. Com (1985) at South Campus University of Delhi. Prof. Jyotsna has over twenty-eight years of experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students.

She has been the convener of more than twelve seminars on various business aspects, including a national seminar on CSR. She has just concluded a research project on the Corporate Social Responsibility of Multinational Corporations. She is the General Secretary of Interfaith Foundation, India, and the Secretary of an NGO' Savera'.
