How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in corrugated boxes & 52 micron plastic parcel bag. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like coffee mug are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
We use India Post Speed Post, Registered Parcel, Book Packet & others 23+ leading courier companies for Shipping.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
If you are ordering our products from a Special Sale event or incase orderd product is not availble in our stock, we required additional days to arrange that product through outsourcing and dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.
Lawmart shall not be liable to pay for any article damages after hand over to its partner reputated courier company or delay in delivery.
Does Lawmart change their products pricing information or cancel any order?
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED OR OFFERRED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF LAWMART. Lawmart may revise and cease to make available any product/ services at anytime. In the event, LAWMART is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
India shipping charges - A flat Rs.49 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.499, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.499.
For Cash on Delivery, we charge Rs. 69 extra for all order above Rs. 499 and below Rs. 9999.
We are currently not accepting orders below Rs.100.
Does Lawmart – India’s Largest Online Law Store ship outside India?
Yes. In this case, we can take order or orders on WhatsApp and Telegram. Customers are need to pay full order value in Indian Rupees with the amount of International Shipping Charges. First you need to send product link on WhatsApp or Telegram. Then We calculate the International Shipping Charges, After that we will send the payment link, Then you pay the amount in Indian Rupees and share screenshort. After that your basic details like Full name, Full address with postal code, Phone number, E-mail i'd are required. After receiving all the details, we confirmed your order.
