Description

SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 By CS Atul Mehta

On 2nd September, 2015, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) notified the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR Regulations’) bringing into place a new set of Listing Regulations applicable to Companies already listed at stock exchanges in India and also companies proposing to access the capital market. The significance of the LODR Regulations is that it has been structured to provide ease of reference by consolidating into one single document across various types of securities listed on the stock exchanges. To keep pace with the changing legal environment the LODR Regulations has frequently been amended from time-to-time since 2015.

The book covers the updated LODR Regulations alongwith amended Master Circular dated 11th July, 2023 for compliance with the provisions of the LODR Regulations and other relevant circulars.
